Empowering the Next Generation of Chain Breakers
The McKinney Restorative Center, Inc. (MRC) believes that youth are not just the leaders of tomorrow — they are the influencers of today. The Teen Advisory Council (TAC) gives young people a seat at the table and a voice in shaping how we prevent violence, promote healthy relationships, and build stronger communities. Through leadership, advocacy, and service, our teens help bring awareness to The Quiet Crisis of dating violence, bullying, human trafficking, and mental health stigma that directly affect their peers.

Our Purpose
The Teen Advisory Council is designed to:
-
Empower youth to lead with empathy, confidence, and accountability
-
Create peer-driven campaigns and outreach events that promote healthy relationships and personal responsibility
-
