About Us
At the heart of MRC's mission are its founders, Antonio and Keyana McKinney, a husband-and-wife team driven by service, faith, and purpose. With over two decades of combined experience in military, leadership, education, social work, and advocacy, the McKinney's' founded MRC with a shared vision: to create a safe, restorative space where healing is not only possible but expected.
Our Vision
A world where survivors are supported, accountability is embraced, and communities are restored through education, compassion and action.

Restoration Begins With Hope
At The McKinney Restorative Center, Inc. (MRC), hope is more than a feeling—it’s a lifeline. We believe that even after pain, loss, or trauma, restoration is possible. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but with support, understanding, and the right tools, it does happen.

To educate, empower, and restore communities impacted by the Quiet Crisis of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking through prevention, intervention, and community involvement.
